How I work

There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to coaching. I always meet with my clients first to explore what it is that they’re looking for and what they’re potential desires for growth and development are. All my coaching packages are tailor made so I can best support my clients to move from where they are to where they want to be. I’m equiped to add on extra assessments to deepen and strengthen the process if desired (DISC and Energy Leadership Index Assessment). I have created trainings and workshops on common wellbeing and leadership themes that are easily adapted to each client’s situation, and I offer bespoke group sessions and team trainings on any topic you and your team would like to develop further.
