Life Coaching

We are all human. Often times life just gets in the way… or so we like to think. Through life coaching you can learn to be the director of you life again. You’ll understand that you always have a choice. That you do actually get to create the life you want, even if that seems totally impossible right now. But to do that, there is one very important thing you must discover first: what it is that you really want.

I help women over forty who want to reduce overwhelm, manage stress and increase their overall sense of wellbeing so they can feel energised and excited again. To reignite that spark to their passion and purpose. Together we make a plan how to create that and I support them to succeed in their goals.

Leadership Coaching

To attain your highest levels of leadership potential and performance, you need to be engaged and a self-leader first. Optimizing your leadership potential is about understanding what fuels your performances and what hinders them. Optimizing your leadership potential allows you to:

  • Be more engaged in life and work

  • Reduce your stress

  • Confidently make decisions

  • Enjoy more focus and concentration

  • Lead by example and make people want to follow you

Transition Coaching

We are all in some stage of transition in our professions and in our home setting. It doesn’t matter if you are planning a minor adjustment or a life-changing transition, without the proper tools and perspective, it is easy to become overwhelmed. Self-care is often sacrificed for the greater cause.

Transition doesn’t have to be a frightening or daunting task. The key is to set yourself up for success in ways that keep in step with the transition plan, maintain balance, and keep your sanity. With evidence based tools, skills and proven programs, I guide my clients to navigate even the roughest storms. Check out my program Adapt and Succeed, tailored to anyone going through a challenging phase in life.
